Well, at least it wasn't the Huachucas. Then again, one of our more recent polls did top out with the Clearstream Network being considered the biggest threat to our intrepid ranchers' continued well-being.
DAWN: It's the last week to rate my art for the t-shirt contest! If you haven't done so yet, my gallery website has all the details and links >> CLICK HERE << I know it means making an account with We Love Fine if you haven't already, but I would really appreciate your support! I'm still holding out hope for a bit of cash to put towards marker pens and computer upgrades for the future. Or even just some fresh pomegranates. I do love pomegranates, even though Clint says the aftermath of my eating them looks like a war crime. Help support making Clint go "bleah"!
We took some inspiration for that from comics like American Flagg where the sound effects are often mixed right in to the storytelling. Dawn was a little skeptical she could pull it off properly, but I think the end result looks great!
Oh. Goody. /end sarcasm.
Since it’s fairly clear that either somebody is after the ranch, or wants some kind of awful revenge on the Zanes, I would look VERY HARD at any fine print in any contract, to see just how much this ‘help’ is going to cost.
Either that, or they’re planning on being refused, so that when the ranch is overrun/destroyed/whatever, they have plausible deniability.

I think they would have prefered the Huachucas. Or maybe a Zombie horde. At those they can kill with Fire and Bullets.
