What do you think a zombie rodeo would be like?

Well, my guess would be quite gruesome: you take the zombie, cut off its feet, so that it is forced to be on all fours, have the bull-rope around its neck (see, it doesn't need to breathe) and as a motivator, use an e-shocker for example. The only problem is that they are not your typical bulls. They wouldn't only step on you after you fell, but quite much bite and thus, infect you. I don't know if this could be prevented somehow... Maybe a muzzle? But that'd need you to cut off their hands too, so that they cant take it off.

Well, that would also assume the zombie's smart enough and coordinated enough to be able to unstrap a muzzle. But the possibility of bites would definitely be a concern... at that point you might have rodeos who try their best to entertain while keeping the competitors and viewers safe, and less reputable ones where everyone just takes their chances!
