If Frank wasn't preoccupied with a dogpile of McCartys at the moment, would he approve of Rosa echoing his sentiments?
Nah, he'd probably just be annoyed at her obeying the letter of his command while leaving behind a useless paperweight for everyone to tussle over. Meanwhile Suzie appears to just be feeling too banged up to punch anyone else just yet. Is the laughter mere exhaustion? Or is there a hint of grudging admiration at the chutzpah on display?
Even if there is, Eustace doesn't seem quite as amused. Let's hope this won't be another case of Frank having chosen his words poorly...
Frank has been putting his foot in his mouth lately. I’d hate to see either of the ladies gone. Hopefully Mr. Oscar, praise be unto him, will be able to stop anyone from discharging.
unless the artwork angle is wonky, he’s not looking at them at the moment. It looks more like he’s looking into the distance, either at the zombies in general, or at his now zombified old lady.
My bet, he’s going to off himself.
Also, I wasn’t before, but suddenly find myself shipping Suzie and Rosa, just a hair.
I don’t know Alexander, it seems like he’s looking in their general direction, that would be an interesting take on the story though. I don’t think it’ll happen because that’ll take away another who could pose hostilities towards the Z Ranch, but then again, those kids be a wild bunch.
There’s also the possibility that Eustace shifted his position between the last two panels, plus in panel 5 we don’t see which way his head might be turned.
Not confirming or denying anything, mind you, as I’m enjoying the speculations. 🙂
Exactly why you didn’t have a background in the last panel, so it wouldn’t give so much away and would make us speculate.
This is almost one of those Damn you Willis! moments (Shortpacked)
Love the story, it’s worth the week wait, but sometimes wish it was quicker!
Understandable, but I always just have to give the same response… this is as quick as we can put the comic out and still have fun creating it, which is crucial to its long-term health (not to mention ours).
We’ll probably also be taking a bit of a break towards the end of July, but I’ve timed that out so we should have this episode wrapped up, which actually will represent the end of our first major arc. That’s almost bordering on a spoiler, I suppose, but I like to keep you all informed so you don’t think we’ve disappeared on you.

I understand it entirely Clint, there’s been a few others that have ended as they quit enjoying it. Like TOGM. No rush.

That last panel…this does not look good for our heroes. 🙁
