At long last, the mystery that's had everyone on the edge of their seats is solved! Where did Oscar get that lemonade?
The practice of plant thwacking to encourage fruitfulness is strange but true. Oscar ain't going to be any part of that, though.

It's Long Beach Comic Con time this weekend, and this year we're celebrating 10 years of Zombie Ranch with a panel featuring us and some of our friends! "In for the Long Haul: Keeping Your Indie Project Alive" is scheduled for 11:30am on Saturday, August 31st in room 103B. Come join us! Sing happy birthday to Clint who is celebrating his own milestone!
We'll also be on the exhibit floor Saturday and Sunday at Artist's Alley table 1104, under Clint and Dawn Wolf in the program. And next Wednesday prepare for a post-con sketch and blog break before we get on with the story. We'll see you then!
I can not speak for it’s efficacy with fruit trees. But I do know that tomato plants do appreciate a bit of rough play and benign neglect. 🙂 Also I’m lazy so they never got watered until the leaves drooped.
Hmm, I mean there is some evidence in general for a bit of measured hardship and adversity for most living things. Problem is that sometimes finding the line between making something challenging and rewarding versus abusive and detrimental.
