Playing cowpokes and aliens…
The Eaton Fire was a very near miss on our place and it was good to take a break while we dealt with insurance, cleanup, etc. It could have been a lot worse for us but being on the frontlines of a natural disaster is a heck of a thing for the nerves. I walk outside and the neighborhood still smells like smoke.

I love the pacing of zombie ranch, a slow but steady build up resulting in a excellent payoff. Keep up the good work!

Nice angles and fog effects on the last panel thar. Very cinematic.

I believe my exact instructions in the script were “Make this f**kin’ dramatic. Whoo!” Dawn came through nicely.

I think this is the most panels I’ve ever done for a page. Clint’s version of the comic had 5 panels, but I ended up deciding to draw 8.
Trying to create smoke was a big challenge though, but I think I’m finally starting to figure out a way to make it look the way I want it to.

Will she become a zombie if the horse bites her?

I don’t think so, I believe it’s only human bites. Popcorn has bitten Zane before and nothing happened.

Yep, as Suzie states back on page 36 (which we have a handy dandy reference link to above), “…if he nips me, all it does is hurt.”

I bet we are going to see a zombie horse eat the brains of a soon to be really fat zombie

Beautiful page
Can’t help thinking Grosse Pointe Blank when I read ‘Popcorn!’ (…I hate that movie)

Nice “Grosse Pointe Blank” reference.

Never mess with a Zombie Rancher…or her horse.

I love that dust cloud and how it gets more intense, building to the last panel. Very nice!
