Lacey wasn't there for all the talkon the balcony; her only experience of the McCartys was being held at gunpoint and Brett getting shot, so it's understandable for her to be a bit skittish. Suzie on the other hand must figure (along with Oscar and Frank) that the worst of the lot are already dealt with and she might as well make use of their labor as restitution for now rather than take it in her own hands to imprison or execute. In the post-fire chaos we forgot to mention, no comic this week. Things are intact but there's still cleanup of smoke and ash to do, insurance to wrangle, etc. We had a really close call.
We're going to push the start date of Episode 23 back to February 26th.
