In case you aren't familiar with Spanish slang, Rosa's exclamation in panel 3 is more or less immediately translated by her into an English phrase expressing similarly elevated levels of astonishment, like she was a vulgar Rosetta (Rosatta?) Stone. "No f---ing way!" would have also worked, but for this instance we figure we'll keep to the whole PG-13 thing.
