Frank didn't actually follow through, but there's that gun safety rule about never pointing a firearm at something you're not prepared to destroy.  Of course we know he's got every right to be suspicious of and even hostile towards Clearstream, but from Suzie's perspective she's more concerned with the people and things that were more obviously trying to kill her.
